My name is Dale Powell, my wife Wendy and I own Clark Floor Covering. Clark Floor Covering was established in 1947 by Bill Clark and family. Bill Clark retired in 1986, at that time Earl and Yvonne Jamison took over. I had the honor of providing all their installations for over 29 years. In 2013 my wife and I took over ownership and like our predecessors before us, we are family owned and operated. My son James Powell does all of our installations.
